Waiver of Liability
Effective Date: April 15, 2025
1. Membership Use
1.1 Non-Transferable
All memberships are assigned to a specific individual and are non-transferable. Only the named member may use their membership benefits. Allowing others to use your membership may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
1.2 Member Presence Required
Members must be present for the full duration of any booking made under their membership. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of others unless the member is actively participating.
1.3 No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Members are expected to respect facility availability. Failure to cancel in advance may result in a cancellation fee or a temporary suspension of booking privileges. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
2. Behaviour & Conduct
2.1 Respect the Space
All members are expected to treat the facility, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership.
2.2 Equipment Use
Members are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Damages caused by misuse or negligence will be billed to the member.
3. Billing & Cancellations
3.1 Recurring Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless otherwise noted. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their payment method remains up to date.
3.2 Cancelling a Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their online account. No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
3.3 Changes to Terms
EVO Golf reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
4. Access & Facility Use
4.1 Member-Only Hours
Some memberships include access during unstaffed or member-only hours. Members may bring guests during their booking but must be present for the full session and are responsible for any damage caused by their guests.
4.2 Club Storage & Add-Ons
Locker rentals and add-ons like club storage may be available for an additional fee. These are billed separately from your membership unless otherwise specified.
