Cancellation Policies and Fees

1. For bookings paid for with a package (lesson or simulator use), late session cancellations will be subject to a flat fee, not to exceed $50.

2. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled start time for a booking, including rentals and lessons, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the original total booking fee.

3. In the case of a “no call, no show” for any booking (including lessons) 100% of the full booking fee will be charged.

4. Members are granted one mulligan per 30 days, allowing for a single late cancellation without incurring a fee. After utilizing the one mulligan, members will be charged a flat rate of $15 per late cancellation.
