Rules, Terms & Conditions

• Rounds are booked normally, with the exception that a) EVO Staff are notified before the round begins that the round is the tournament entry, and b) that EVO Staff must set, review & ultimately click START on the computer to initiate the round in order to qualify.

• We recommend a minimum booking time of 3 hours or more, to ensure the round is completed in a single playing session.

• A picture must be taken of the scorecard screen by an EVO team member for the round to qualify. It is the responsibility of each team to ask an EVO Staff member to take the picture of the completed scorecard before exiting the game.

• All individual contest entries (CPs, etc.) must be verified and photographed by an EVO team member to qualify.

• A minimum of 3 tee shots must be used by each golfer in the group of 4. If there is proof that a minimum of 3 tee shots were not used by everyone, the round will be considered incomplete.

• Mulligans are not permitted. If there is a suspected misread, an EVO Staff member must be notified and determine fair use of a mulligan. If improper use of a mulligan is suspected, the round will be considered incomplete.

• In the instance of a tie, the winner will be decided through a countback, starting from the 18th hole.
