General
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from EVO Golf. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate.
Message frequency varies and may increase or decrease based on your interactions with us. We may also update the phone number or sender name used to send messages.
Your mobile provider’s message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
You can unsubscribe at any time. Each message will include instructions to unsubscribe by replying STOP or using an included link.
After you unsubscribe, we’ll send a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
To rejoin, sign up again through our website or booking system.

If you need help or have questions, contact us at info@evogolf.ca or text HELP to 204.717.4653 (if supported). If a link is included in our message, it may also contain support or unsubscribe instructions.
Transfer of Number
If you change or transfer your mobile number to another person, you agree to first reply STOP from the original number or notify us at info@evogolf.ca. This helps ensure messages do not go to someone else.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our messaging program will be handled in accordance with our

Changes to These Terms
We may update or end our messaging program at any time. Updates to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
