Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Contest Period

The EVO Golf Win a Year of Flex Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is sponsored and administered by EVO Golf Performance Inc., operating as EVO Golf (“EVO Golf” or the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

There is no minimum age to participate. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate.

Where an entrant is under 18, any required prize documentation must be completed by their parent or legal guardian. The prize will be accepted by the parent or legal guardian on the minor’s behalf and may be applied to the minor’s eligible EVO Golf membership account.

Employees, officers and directors of EVO Golf Performance Inc., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of method of entry.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Contest.

A. Flex Membership Entry

Any person who purchases or renews a monthly EVO Golf Flex Membership during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry.

This includes:

• new Flex Membership purchases; and

• regularly scheduled Flex Membership renewals for existing active members processed during the Contest Period.

Only one entry will be awarded per person, even if more than one qualifying transaction occurs during the Contest Period.

If the Flex Membership is held by a person under 18, the parent or legal guardian responsible for the membership will be deemed to have entered on the minor member’s behalf.

B. No Purchase Necessary — Mail-In Entry

To enter without purchasing or renewing a membership, handwrite a statement of at least 50 words explaining why you enjoy golf or why you would like to play more at EVO Golf.

The entry must also clearly include:

• your full name;

• mailing address;

• email address;

• telephone number; and

• province of residence.

For an entrant under 18, the entry must also include the full name and contact information of a parent or legal guardian and confirmation that the parent or guardian consents to the entry.

Mail the completed entry in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 15, 2026 and received by EVO Golf no later than September 22, 2026.

Limit of one mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated or otherwise duplicated mail-in entries will not be accepted.

A person who has already received an automatic membership entry is not eligible to receive an additional mail-in entry.

All eligible entries have the same chance of winning regardless of entry method.

4. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The prize consists of twelve (12) consecutive months of an EVO Golf Flex Membership.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,788 CAD, based on the current regular pre-tax Flex Membership price of $149 per month.

For a winner who does not currently have an active Flex Membership, the twelve-month prize period will begin when the prize is claimed and activated.

For a winner who already has an active Flex Membership, the twelve-month prize period will begin on their next scheduled membership renewal date following confirmation of the prize.

The winner will not be charged the regular Flex Membership fee during the twelve-month prize period, regardless of any change to the regular membership price during that period.

The prize includes the standard benefits of a Flex Membership and is subject to EVO Golf’s regular membership, booking, cancellation and facility policies.

The prize does not include lessons, league fees, event fees, merchandise, locker rentals or other purchases or add-ons unless they are specifically included as a standard Flex Membership benefit.

The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.

5. Winner Selection

Following the receipt deadline for eligible mail-in entries, one (1) eligible entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through both methods of entry.

The draw will take place on or about September 23, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by EVO Golf using the email address or telephone number associated with their membership account or provided with their mail-in entry.

6. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by EVO Golf.

If the selected entrant is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must complete the prize claim process, including the skill-testing question, on their behalf.

If the required skill-testing question is answered incorrectly, the selected entrant will be disqualified and EVO Golf may randomly select another eligible entrant.

7. Claiming the Prize

The selected entrant must respond to EVO Golf within five (5) days of the first attempted contact.

Before the prize is awarded, EVO Golf may require the selected entrant to:

• verify their identity and eligibility;

• correctly answer the skill-testing question;

• confirm acceptance of these Official Contest Rules; and

• complete a declaration, release or other reasonable prize documentation.

For an entrant under 18, these requirements must be completed by their parent or legal guardian.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within five days, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, cannot verify their eligibility or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified and another eligible entry may be selected at random.

8. Membership Cancellations and Refunds

A qualifying Flex Membership transaction that is cancelled, refunded, reversed or charged back before the end of the Contest Period will not qualify for an automatic entry.

A person whose purchase entry becomes ineligible may still enter using the no-purchase mail-in method, provided all mail-in entry requirements and deadlines are met.

Cancelling or changing a membership after the Contest Period does not affect an otherwise valid entry, unless the qualifying transaction itself is subsequently refunded, reversed or determined to be invalid.

9. Entry Conditions

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted using multiple identities or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

EVO Golf reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.

Attempts to obtain more than one entry per person through multiple membership accounts, addresses, identities or entry methods may result in all entries associated with that person being disqualified.

10. General Conditions

EVO Golf reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical problems, errors or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration, security or fairness of the Contest, subject to applicable law.

If an error or other circumstance results in more entries or prizes than contemplated by these Official Rules, EVO Golf may take reasonable steps to correct the error and preserve the intended operation of the Contest.

Decisions made by EVO Golf regarding eligibility, administration of the Contest and interpretation of these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility and contacting the selected entrant.

Entering the Contest does not automatically subscribe an entrant to EVO Golf marketing emails or text messages.

12. Social Media

If the Contest is advertised or promoted through Facebook, Instagram or another social media platform, the Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to applicable federal laws and the laws of Manitoba and Saskatchewan and is void where prohibited.
